Due to pacing problems on my part, I was not able to get everything posted that I intended to get to this November. I have three more posts to submit on this run, and so here is how I propose we do it. Tomorrow’s will be the last post in ordinary November. This is to inform you that Saturday, December 1, and Monday, December 3, have filed suit in the 9th Circuit asking for a stay on their obligation to become December 1 and December 3 respectively. They would now like to be identified the way they prefer to identify themselves, which is as November 31st and November 33rd. For all correspondents, their preferred pronouns are wim and wam.
