Father and God, we thank You for the food before us. We thank You for the hands that prepared it, and for those who will help in the service of cleaning up. You give rain to the earth, and you make our food grow from the soil. You have given the rain of the new creation, so that we might flourish before You as well. We give our gratitude back to You, and ask You to help us as we rest before You on this, yet another Lord’s Day. Your kindness to us is everlasting, and we thank You for the weekly reminder of that kindness. We give thanks to You for all things, and for what You have set before us now, in the name of Jesus Christ, and amen.
