Here’s a good thing that wants some pushing along. Some friends of this blog are in a band, see? And they did a concert of medieval Christmas music, which of course is always a lot of fun. They have a CD of the music available, as well as a DVD of a concert containing that same music. If you are impatient, check it out here. But if you buy stuff through the PBS system, those folks have decided to pick it up for this coming Christmas season. So get a copy now, check it all out. And then, closer to Christmas, call up someone at a PBS catalog outlet and tell them, with a note of controlled frenzy in your voice, that you have simply got to have another copy of Downe in Yon Forreft. I’ll put up a PBS link when I get it.
