What it means to be Right-Wing, Left-wing, Conservative, or Progressive.
- Modernity is not having access to hot and cold water
- Modernity is a worldview
- The thing that gives us a radical Christian outlook is the doctrine that Jesus is Lord
- This doctrine is not left-wing or right-wing, it is Christian.
The French and American Revolutions Compared
- Written by Friedrich von Gentz
- Translated into English by John Quincy Adams (because he thought so highly of it)
- This book shows how radically unlike the American revolution and French revolutions were from each other
- A great book if you want to learn more about the revolutions!
Harmartiology
- The word “anathema” means cursed or damned
- Act 23:14, 1 Cor. 12:3, Rom. 9:3, 1 Cor. 16:22
