- He argues that information doesn’t make you wise, having skin in the game makes you wise
- A lot of the problems in the world are caused by people who do not have to face any consequences for being wrong
- Taleb argues that risk is a really good thing
- You want to live in such a way that when you make a wise choice you reap the benefit and vice versa
