  • we have lost the concept of university, because you need a universe

  • we have people treating higher education as a sure ticket into the job market
  • everything you could learn at school you can find online for a fraction of the cost
  • there is going to be a crash, the higher education bubble will burst
  • the pricing is crazy, and the government is involved
  • we need to deregulate higher ed

The Pilgrim’s Regress

  • written by C.S.Lewis
  • it is challenging and difficult book
  • the book is an allegory defending reason and romanticism
  • he wrote this book in two weeks

Akatastasia

  • Paul says God is not the author of confusion, but rather of peace (1 Cor.14:33)
  • the word for confusion is akatastasia here
  • or it can mean tumult
  • what is the source of all such confusion and tumult?
  • James tells us that the font of this corporate problem is the individual sin of envying and striving (Jas. 3:16)
