An hour or so ago, I made it through security at the Atlanta airport. I have seen some epic security clearance areas, but nothing ever quite like this. We were herded, prodded, chided, admonished, routed through serpentine back nā forth ways, checked and rechecked. Everyone was extraordinarily cooperative ā it was like we were so many thousands of moo cows at the Omaha stock yards. Weāve been ābuked and weāve been scorned, and weāve been willing to put it with it.
And why? Well, everyone knows that. Itās so we can keep our freedoms!
