That Parishioner on the Go

Sharing Options

I heard somewhere that American football is shown in the UK (when it is shown) in an interesting way. They show all the plays being run, but eliminate the huddles and the standing around. This causes them to miss one aspect of the game, which is the fact that football games are actually, as one person once put it, committee meetings punctuated by violence. But other than that, the thing moves along much more briskly than Americans are used to.

I bring this up because I recently preached a 21 point sermon on civil order, and here is a clip of those 21 points without the exposition. The whole thing is compressed into six minutes — for that parishioner on the go!
