I was pleased to see this clip, where George briefly reviews what he is currently reading. That would be Chesterton’s Orthodoxy, Darwin’s Origin, the Koran, and The Chestnut King. What a great idea — book reviews by video clip. We were doing book plugs that way, but the “currently reading” approach is what theologians in the Southern Presbyterian tradition, men like Thornwell and Dabney, would have called “swell.” Don’t be suprised if we don’t do that ourselves sometime. And isn’t English grand? Don’t be surprised if we don’t means that you shouldn’t be surprised if we do. But I am beginning to ramble. Here’s George.
