I have three reminders or announcements here, all musically related.
First, we continue to be grateful for the blessing that the Benefit Concert was to Logos School, and the opportunity has now come for us to tie another couple of cans onto that bumper. The CDs and DVDs of that event are now available here and here. The CD has select songs from the concert, and the DVD is the whole deal. The whole event was, as the progressives like to say, “for the kids,” only really. Please feel free to continue to help out — it really does help out.
Secondly, The Jenny Geddes Band is doing something of a reprise this next weekend in Boise. The King’s Congregation there is hosting a conference on Raising Godly Children, and afterwards, on Saturday evening, just for fun, we are going to make some more music. Only this time with horns. The schedule for the whole conference is here.
And last, for all of you who are playing on your axe like David, only not in the negative sense alluded to by the prophet Amos (Amos 6:4-6), we have about two weeks left in the Psalm-Off. I continue to be very excited about the possibilities here. Find your pitch and go.
