Congregation: We lift them up to the Lord!
God of all heaven, Lord over all the earth, we come to worship You now in the kind name of Jesus Christ our Lord. You are the one in whom we live and move and have our being. Not one hair can fall from our heads without Your permission and will. If we make our bed in Sheol, You are there. If we climb any mountain range, every inch of everything we see belongs to You.
If You had not delivered us from our sins, we would not be able to see or understand any of this—so we thank You for the incarnation of Your Son, and His death and resurrection on our behalf.
And so, gracious Father, we worship You now through Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, world without end, amen
