Just reflecting on the Katie Hopkins reportage…what she is describing is effectively exactly what life in the UK has been like since the end of March, almost down to the last detail. She is right, of course, but for us Brits, there’s nothing new here – other than the fact that the Aussie authorities are reimposing these restrictions some eight months after it all kicked off.
