I think it is much more complicated than one feeding another. Without question, if we overturn Roe v Wade, there will still be hard hearts that seek to kill babies, and greedy doctors who will do it for them. So, in that sense, politics does not change hearts. But, if we do manage to overturn it and a majority of states ban it outright, that will have an effect on how people view it. I like to take a both/and approach.
