Just trying to spread the word about a few aspects of this year’s Grace Agenda that you may not have heard about. More details can be found here.
The first is an added event tomorrow morning at the ICCU Arena. Canon Press is publishing a “five views” book on Christian nationalism, and four of the contributing authors will be having a round table discussion/debate on the issues related to this hot topic. The participants will be Al Mohler, Paul Miller, Joe Rigney, and me. Doors open at 8 am and the festivities start at 9. This is an important discussion, and so I urge you—without actually binding your conscience—to try to make it.
A second item is related. You may have read that registrations were closed, or you have may heard scuttlebutt to that effect. That actually was referring to online pre-registrations—we actually have plenty of room and so walk-ins are welcome. Walk-ins to the round table are also welcome.
For our Christ Church locals, we will have many conference attendees staying over through the Lord’s Day. First, be on the lookout for hospitality opportunities. And a second thing is worth noting. Last year we have one big outdoor service. This year we are staying with our three usual service times, but with overflow seating on the north patio—chairs, awnings, and a screen for the message. To the extent feasible, as you have opportunity, try to help our visitors obtain seats inside.
