One searches in vain for an explanation for this indefensible omission. The only explanation is that the Democratic majority which passed this repeal is just seething with hatred for the transfat community. Excuse me, for the transgendered and transsexualed communities, literary societies, and bondage clubs. Hatred is easy to find these days, and hence it is the only possible explanation. Just think it through. On second thought, never mind.
