Neat parallel though. I guess all metaphors have their limits.
That’s a good quote. One problem with “traditional values” is that nobody really knows what they mean. It’s a bit like saying, “back in biblical times,” as if biblical times only spans a decade or so and everyone was culturally homogeneous.
Actually there is no army on the field of battle.
