If you look over to the left under Main Categories, you will see a new category — wordriht, which is an Anglo Saxon word referring to the mot juste, not that they would put it like that. As Beowulf once said to Hrothmund, “N’est-ce pas?“
Anyhow, firm in the conviction that what this place needs is some more words, Wordriht is a category for housing three plus-size poems I have written. The first is a poetic version of the Song of Solomon, the second is a poetic rendering of Isaiah 40 and the chapters following, and the third is a poetic form of the Book of Revelation. I will still no doubt sandpaper them from time to time, but they are now pretty smooth. Not cabinet grade, but you shouldn’t get splinters.
