I just returned from my latest trip to India to visit the in-laws and, trust me, modern man has definitely not outgrown its graven images. I don’t have to use my imagination to envision what ancient Ephesus must have been like. In fact, when it comes to blatant idolatry, I’m not sure those ancient pagan cities could compete with what one encounters in India today.
